This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, data modelling expertise and the ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive reporting solutions., * Strong Power BI development experience

 * Advanced DAX, Power Query and data modelling skills
 * Experience working with cloud data platforms such as GCP and BigQuery
 * Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience
 * Ability to translate data into clear business insights
 * Experience working within cross-functional delivery teams
 * Strong documentation and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

 * Marketing analytics, measurement or attribution experience
 * SQL and BigQuery expertise
 * Exposure to dbt or similar transformation tools
 * Agency or consultancy experience

## Description

As a Power BI Developer, you will take ownership of the reporting layer within a cloud-based analytics environment. Working closely with both client stakeholders and technical teams, you'll design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insight into marketing performance., * Gather and define reporting requirements with senior business stakeholders

 * Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
 * Build robust data models using DAX and Power Query
 * Connect Power BI to cloud-based data platforms, primarily BigQuery
 * Work alongside data engineering teams to ensure reporting requirements are met
 * Deliver meaningful insights that support business decision-making
 * Produce clear documentation to support knowledge transfer and future handover
 * Collaborate across UK-based and international teams
