Finance Transformation / EPM Director - UK | HybridWe are supporting a leading UK consulting organisation with the appointment of a Director to help build and grow a Finance Transformation & EPM capability.This is a senior practice-building opportunity combining business development, client delivery, team leadership and EPM strategy. You'll have significant ownership over the direction and growth of the capability.The RoleBuild and grow a Finance Transformation / EPM consulting capability.Originate and win new consulting engagements, developing relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.Develop strategic partnerships and alliances across the EPM technology ecosystem.Shape go-to-market propositions across FP&A, Planning, Consolidation, Reporting and wider Finance Transformation.Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing consulting team.Lead complex client engagements while maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.Take ownership of commercial performance, pipeline and
