This is a hands-on position for an engineer who enjoys working through complex technical challenges, building reliable software and having a genuine input into how systems are designed and developed. You will work across application development, APIs, cloud services, data, messaging and containerised environments. Alongside delivering new functionality, you will help improve existing systems, contribute to technical decisions and support the wider development team. About the opportunity The role offers the opportunity to work across a modern Microsoft technology stack within a team that values good engineering practices, pragmatic decision-making and continuous improvement. You will be involved from the early stages of a piece of work through to implementation and deployment, working closely with colleagues across software development, architecture, testing, product and delivery. The position would suit someone who is comfortable taking ownership of technical problems and who enjoys finding practical solutions rather than simply implementing predefined instructions.
