This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale sensor datasets, develop innovative machine learning and condition monitoring solutions, and help deliver industry-leading analytics capabilities to customers worldwide. This role would suit someone with a strong academic background, ideally educated to Master's or PhD level in a STEM discipline, who has already gained some commercial experience applying data science, machine learning, or analytics techniques in a professional environment. You'll be a naturally curious problem solver, someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights and thrives in a collaborative engineering environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged., You'll bring a combination of strong technical capability, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving., * Degree, Master's or PhD in a STEM subject. * Strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB or a similar language. * Experience analysing and interpreting complex datasets. * Understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning principles. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to different audiences. * Demonstrated experience delivering technical or research-based projects. * A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
