Technical Competencies * Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint. * Windows device imaging, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Intune / Endpoint Manager administration. * Active Directory / Entra ID user and group management. * Experience with VPNs and endpoint security tools (e.g. Defender). * Ticketing systems and support workflows. * Basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. Behaviour * Thrives in a creative environment but possesses the pragmatism and awareness to maintain progress. * Proactive and results-oriented mindset. * Positive 'can do' attitude. * Adaptable, motivated, and well organised. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. * Ability to operate autonomously. ## Description The IT Support Analyst will serve as the primary IT presence for our UK operations, providing technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows systems, endpoint management, and general IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the role involves delivering first- and second-line support, ensuring business continuity, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment for all employees.
