* Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von SAP-Projekten und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte.
 * Du sprichst fließend Deutsch.

 * Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse, im Design und im Risikomanagement.
 * Idealerweise hast du Zertifikate im Projektmanagement (z. B. PMI oder PRINCE2) und kennst dich mit agilen Methoden aus.
 * Du hast super Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bist klar kunden- und ergebnisorientiert und kannst dich gut durchsetzen.
 * Du hast viel Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, unabhängig von funktionalen und hierarchischen Berichtswegen.
 * Du bist belastbar, flexibel und hast starke Umsetzungsfähigkeiten.

## Description

* Du bist als Projektmanager für die Leitung, Planung, Steuerung, Dokumentation und Berichterstattung komplexer und strategisch wichtiger IT-Projekte (mit Schwerpunkt SAP) verantwortlich.
 * Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und des vereinbarten Umfangs für (Teil-)Projekte.
 * Berichterstattung, Kommunikation und Koordination von Projektergebnissen und Details mit den Fachabteilungen.
 * Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und externer Partner.
 * Anforderungsanalyse und Lösungsdesign in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen oder IT-Teams.
 * Identifizierung und Koordination von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken in der Projektplanung.
 * Management von Ziel- und Interessenkonflikten, Kontakt zu Gremien wie IT-Sicherheit, Betriebsrat und Datenschutz.
 * Kontrolle und Überwachung der genehmigten Projektbudgets (Controlling).
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Projektportfolios.
