* Du übernimmst das Monitoring, die Analyse und das Troubleshooting in einer hochmodernen Industrie-4.0-Produktionsumgebung.
 * Die Betreuung von Industrie- und Fabrik-Clients sowie die Durchführung des Patchmanagements gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
 * Störungen werden von dir strukturiert analysiert, dokumentiert und nachhaltig behoben.
 * Die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Knowledge Base unterstützt eine effiziente und nachhaltige Lösungsfindung.
 * Bei Anlagenumbauten, Systemanpassungen sowie Tests neuer Technologien bringst du dein Know-how aktiv ein.
