 * Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Microsoft 365-Anwendungen und -Diensten
 * Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, sich in die Administration und Integration von Fachverfahren einzuarbeiten (z.B. ALLRIS Sitzungsinformationssystem)

## Description

* Betreuung der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik insbesondere der Server und Client-Geräte sowie der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Beschaffung, Inbetriebnahme, Software- und Patchmanagement, Funktionskontrolle, Instandsetzung) in Kooperation mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Administrative Tätigkeiten in einer Windows-basierten Serverumgebung
 * Anwendersupport bei IT-Problemen und Fragen, ergänzend zum externen User Help Desk inkl. der Pflege der zentralen Wissensdatenbank
 * Mitarbeit bei internen Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Mitwirkung bei der Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur und der Asset-Inventarisierung
 * Benutzer- und Anschlussverwaltung der Cloud Telefonanlage
