## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium im IT- bzw. Security-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter praktischer Berufserfahrung (z. B. 2 bis 5 Jahre)
 * Nachweisbare Praxis im operativen Handling von Security-Incidents sowie in der Betreuung gängiger Security-Plattformen (EDR, SIEM, Entra ID)
 * Erfahrung in der IT-Projektleitung, der Konzeption von Security-Lösungen oder in der Dienstleistersteuerung (z. B. SOC-Scoping)
 * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, proaktives Auftreten, hohe Selbstständigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, Verbesserungspotenziale aktiv anzusprechen und umzusetzen
 * Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Präsenz am Standort Nieder-Weisel (ergänzt durch flexible Remote-Work-Optionen je nach Aufgabenstellung)
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
