analysis Extensive work with VMware products and associated monitoring Creating opportunities to automate manual tasks to drive efficiency and reduce downtime Identifying single points of failure and designing resilience into the service Managing obsolescence across applications and operating systems Collaborative working with the Management Team Daily contact with customers and stakeholders through the IT Service Management toolset Managing high profile senior escalations and requests Key Experience Required UK Sole National with active DV Clearance Extensive cloud administration experience using tools such as Broadcom SDDC Manager, vCenter and ESXi Event management tooling such as SCOM or SolarWinds Cloud capacity management, for example Aria Operations Strong understanding of Active Directory Domain Services, Windows Server 2019 or newer, and DNS Experience of virtual networking in a cloud-based environment Experience working in a multi-tenant environment Strong problem-solving skills
