## Description

We are looking for a practical IT Workflow & Automation Specialist to help us improve and maintain the systems behind True Observer.
This is a flexible and remote role. You'll help us automate repetitive tasks, connect different platforms, troubleshoot workflows and improve how information moves between our internal systems.

We already use tools including n8n, WordPress, APIs, databases and our own internal platform, so we are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and finding efficient ways to connect systems.

What you may work on:

 * Build and improve n8n workflows
 * Connect APIs, webhooks and external services
 * Automate reports, notifications and internal processes
 * Troubleshoot failed workflows and integrations
 * Work with JSON and structured data
 * Connect forms, websites and internal systems
 * Test automations before deployment
 * Document workflows so they are easy to maintain
 * Suggest improvements to existing processes

You do not need to be a senior software developer. We are more interested in someone practical, technically curious and able to solve problems independently.

The role is remote and flexible. Tasks and projects will be agreed in advance depending on what needs to be built, fixed or improved.
