Person Specification Qualifications and Knowledge Essential * Educated to Masters Level or equivalent experience Desirable * PhD in numerate subject * Relevant professional registration (e.g. UK Council for Health Informatics Professions) * Project Management Qualification (e.g. Prince 2) * Service / Quality improvement qualification Experience Essential * Experience within a Health Informatics environment. Working closely with clinical, operational and academic stakeholders, the post holder will develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical products, undertake advanced data analysis using sources including the National Major Trauma Registry (NMTR) and SAIL Databank, and generate insights to inform service planning, performance management and evidence-based decision-making.
