You don't need to know IRIS products already. This role is suited to someone with relevant hands-on experience who wants to develop deeper payroll, product and technical expertise., 4️⃣ Interview - Meet members of our Professional Services team to explore your payroll knowledge, implementation experience, customer approach and problem-solving skills. If you understand payroll and have experience helping customers implement, configure or adopt software, we'd love to hear from you. ## Description As an Implementation Consultant, you will: * Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers * Understand customers' payroll processes and requirements and translate these into the right software setup * Configure SaaS products, workflows and customer-specific requirements * Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing * Work with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation where required * Guide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-live * Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers * Support customers during go-live and their transition into ongoing support * Manage multiple customer projects and priorities at the same time * Work with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes * Keep customers informed about progress, timelines, risks and issues * Travel to customer sites when required., What Can IRIS Offer You? * The opportunity to develop specialist expertise in payroll technology and SaaS * Ownership of customer implementations and technical project work * Support from experienced colleagues across Professional Services * Exposure to Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales * Opportunities to continue developing your implementation and consulting career., Our process is designed to be fair, transparent and straightforward.
