## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

 * Strong Power BI development skills, including DAX, dashboard creation, and reporting best practice
 * Solid SQL capability
 * Experience building and developing applications or customer-facing digital solutions
 * Exposure to AI technologies and large language model integrations
 * Experience with agentic AI workflows and automation
 * Knowledge of Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Experience delivering executive-level reporting and analytics solutions
 * Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

## Description

The Power BI & Application Developer - AI will:

 * Develop and maintain client-facing analytics applications and reporting products
 * Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions
 * Integrate AI technologies, large language models, and agentic workflows into applications
 * Support the migration of traditional reporting outputs into scalable analytics products
 * Build executive-level dashboards and delivering actionable business insights
 * Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams
 * Deliver client demonstrations, presentations, training, and solution walkthroughs
 * Create intuitive user experiences that make complex analytics accessible and impactful
