* Zertifizierung in SAP Employee Central Payroll oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Konfiguration von SAP HCM Payroll Deutschland (PY-DE)

 * Erfahrung mit Payroll-Tests, SAP Notes und gesetzlichen Anpassungen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C2)

## Description

* Analyse fachlicher und gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung passender Payroll-Lösungen in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
 * Konfiguration und Betreuung von Payroll-Schemas, Regeln, Lohnarten, Infotypen und Zeitwirtschaftskomponenten
 * Unterstützung des gesamten Payroll-Prozesses inklusive Payroll-Runs, Fehlerkorrekturen, Rückrechnungen und Nacharbeiten
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests, Changes und Problem-Tickets im AMS-Umfeld
 * Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
 * Planung und Unterstützung von Tests im Rahmen von gesetzlichen Änderungen, SAP Notes und Systemanpassungen
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu Drittanbietern, Finanzsystemen, Banken und Behörden
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung deutscher gesetzlicher Anforderungen im Payroll-Umfeld
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer sowie fachlicher Dokumentationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finance, IT und externen Dienstleister
