 * Hold a master degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, international relations, economics, global health, public policy)
 * Have professional experience in consulting, research, project management, or related areas
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
 * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with statistical software is desirable.

## Description

Depending on your background and interests, your role could include:

 * Working on consulting projects or workstreams in areas such as Global Health, Advocacy and Resource Mobilization, Climate Adaptation, Development Finance, Education and Gender Equality or the nexuses of these areas
 * Conducting research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making
 * Engaging with clients and stakeholders across sectors to co-create tailored solutions, for example by preparing meeting materials
 * Supporting business development activities, proposal writing, and help expanding our network of partners and clients
 * Contributing to the development of innovative products and services
 * Mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing
