## Description

* Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund 15 Mitarbeitern.
 * Du steuerst, priorisierst und koordinierst Entwicklungsaufgaben im SAP-Umfeld.
 * Du arbeitest aktiv in Entwicklungsprojekten mit (u. a. ABAP, ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP).
 * Du treibst Themen wie Clean Core, Cloud-Transformation und Standardisierung voran.
 * Du stellst Qualität, Best Practices und nachhaltige Architekturen sicher.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams sowie an Schnittstellen zu Projekten zusammen.
 * Du förderst eine offene Teamkultur mit Fokus auf Eigeninitiative und Wissenstransfer.
