Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. * Experience with Caseware Working Papers and engagement management solutions supporting audit, tax, and advisory workflows. * Experience with cloud-based business applications and digital transformation initiatives. * Experience designing solutions using low-code and no-code platforms. * Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI. * Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements. * Experience with workflow automation, template management, and enterprise collaboration platforms. * Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience. * Strong understanding of change management, user adoption strategies, and business process improvement. * Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive organizational change, and lead strategic technology initiatives ## Description The Platform Product Owner II is responsible for maximizing the strategic value of assigned enterprise platforms across the organization. This role leads platform vision, strategy, and execution while partnering with executive leadership, Product Line Managers, technical teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate brings experience with product management, enterprise SaaS platforms, Agile delivery, and leading complex initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. This individual will champion platform innovation, lifecycle management, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement while mentoring less experienced product owners and influencing firm-wide strategy.
