The opportunity: * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform. * Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. * Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions. * Develop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Network Management & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Configuration Claims Processing & Encounters * Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes. * Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization. * Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications. * Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements. * Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities. * Support FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs. * Follow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
