Location & Compensation: * Ability to work in the Sunnyvale office at least 3 days per week. ## Description In this role, success looks like making Taara's tools simpler and clearer despite underlying tech complexity, establishing UX as a strategic function, and maintaining a design system that acts as a single source of truth to accelerate development. Additionally, you will drive a data-informed culture through research and usability findings, ensuring Taara's products and marketing deliver a cohesive experience for customers and partners. How you will make 10x impact: * Design clear, end-to-end workflows for complex technical tasks. * Conduct user research to understand real-world needs, pain points, and mental models; turn insights into actionable design direction. * Advocate for the full user experience.
