* 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
 * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team
 * Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile met rics
 * Experience leading client delivery e nga gements and working with senior-level client management
 * Experience teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams
 * TS/SCI clearance
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Professional Scrum Master Certification

 * Knowledge of project management framework
 * Knowledge of the DoD or Space Force community and IT infrastructures
 * Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
 * Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
