## Description

* Lead Agile software development initiatives across the full project lifecycle, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking in Jira.
 * Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure while guiding enterprise applications through security accreditation and ATO processes.
 * Coordinate requirements analysis, functionality testing, and UI/UX design and wireframing to deliver robust technical solutions., * Manage full-lifecycle Lean Agile software development projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking in Jira.
 * Architect, right-size, and scale cloud services and backend architectures within AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
 * Navigate the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to address vulnerabilities and ensure applications achieve Authorization and Accreditation (A&A).
 * Oversee operations, maintenance, and enhancements for federated search and document organization systems handling structured and unstructured data.
 * Incorporate machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities to support content discovery, predictive analysis, and automated recommendations.
 * Engage with stakeholders and end users to capture business requirements and translate them into wireframes, user stories, and UX designs.
 * Conduct comprehensive functionality and performance testing to ensure software reliability and system integrity.
