You will work closely with the Lead Actuarial Data Scientist, underwriting experts, and ERGO's Group Data Science community to deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve risk selection, optimise pricing strategies, and strengthen ERGO's market position. How you will get the job done * building and refining predictive pricing models using GLM, ML, and deep learning techniques * performing feature engineering, data cleaning, and model performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability * developing visual analytics tools and dashboards for tracking pricing KPIs * translating technical modelling outcomes into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders * collaborating with underwriting, product, and claims teams to integrate analytics into operational decisions, Let's be balanced - work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
