* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
 * Strong hands-on development experience with Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
 * Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud-based and distributed systems
 * Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions
 * Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep)

This client-facing technical role offers the opportunity to leverage your software development, cloud engineering, and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful solutions in a federal environment. Work remotely with flexible location considerations and contribute directly to mission-critical modernization initiatives. This contract role offers competitive pay and potential for transition to permanent employment., * Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer deployments, integrations, and solution delivery.

 * Collaborate with customer teams to understand workflows, operational challenges, and mission requirements.
 * Design, develop, and customize software using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Build automation, data pipelines, dashboards, and tailored features to meet customer needs.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues in real time, providing durable solutions.
 * Partner with product engineering to communicate customer feedback and improvement opportunities.
 * Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.
 * Train and mentor customer technical staff and administrators.
 * Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
 * Support technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept, and solution scoping activities.
