Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus Working Environment: Data Center - The data center work environment is a highly secure, physically demanding, and structured operation, characterized by its loud, controlled temperature conditions and 24/7/365 uptime. The environment demands a high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to manage and troubleshoot critical equipment during regular operation and in emergency situations. Lifting up to 50 lbs, regular bending, stooping, climbing and long periods of walking / standing will be required. Physical Expectations: * Work may require excessive bending or stooping. * Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day. ## Description As the Critical Facilities Manager - Data Center, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure within a 24x7 data center environment. You will oversee a team of technical staff and vendors, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety. You will drive preventative and emergency maintenance programs, enforce operational standards, and support strategic planning to maintain uptime and optimize performance.
