* Responsible for the safety, training and performance of all assigned employees
 * Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems
 * Management of the preventive/predictive maintenance programs
 * Facilitate continuous improvement processes around equipment availability
 * Provide ongoing reports on the CBM program status
