The Workforce & Organization (W&O) is Capgemini Invent's people-led transformation capability, focused on helping organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working to deliver sustainable business outcomes. W&O partners with clients to design and implement future-ready organizations-aligning strategy, talent, culture, and technology to enable large-scale transformation and improved workforce performance. Your Role He or she is responsible for the completion of a small or medium sized project can lead a team. He or she develops a reputation for its specific domain expertise internally and stats to develop market visibility. He or she is involved in training delivery to share knowledge in the organization. As a managing consultant you'll own change programs within large transformations: driving leadership alignment, adoption strategy, and measurable outcomes, while supporting growth through solution shaping and people leadership. You'll lead organizational change strategy transformations, which can include a wide range of programs such as leadership and culture changes, technology transformations, establishing and delivering organizational change adoption initiatives and/or driving AI adoption and other workforce transformation. This helps leaders to align on purpose, culture, and workforce capabilities. This work sits at the intersection of strategy, people, technology and performance. You will also be responsible for building trusted advisor partnerships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to the continued growth of this exciting practice.
