## Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing, Icomm billing testing, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating Salesforce integrations, billing processes, and APIs using Postman, with a strong understanding of end-to-end QA processes.
Key Responsibilities

 * Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
 * Test Icomm billing functionality, including billing workflows, transactions, and integrations.
 * Develop and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
 * Perform API testing to validate data exchanges between Salesforce and external systems.
 * Use Postman for API testing, request validation, response verification, and troubleshooting.
 * Validate REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP status codes, request/response payloads, and data integrity.
 * Identify, document, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect-management tools.
 * Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, integration teams, and other QA professionals to resolve defects.
 * Perform regression testing following application enhancements and defect fixes.
 * Validate data across Salesforce and integrated downstream/upstream systems.
 * Participate in requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and release validation.
