We're hiring a Desktop & Client Support Technician to provide technical support for end-user devices, software, peripherals, and audio visual (AV) equipment across WakeMed locations. In this role, you'll help ensure a seamless technology experience for our team members by troubleshooting issues, supporting hardware deployments, maintaining AV systems, and delivering exceptional customer service.
