* Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
 * Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
 * Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
 * Strong Project Management experience with expertise in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
 * Ability to manage project scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies in Agile environments., * Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
 * Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
 * Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
 * Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.

## Description

* Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
 * Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
 * Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
 * Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
 * Ensure transparency on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery status through effective reporting.
 * Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
 * Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams to maintain a healthy product backlog and align delivery with business objectives.
 * Track and communicate team and project performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, delivery milestones, etc.).
 * Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
 * Support the organization's Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
