## About the Role

* 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years leading Salesforce projects.
 * Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, security model, automation, AppExchange, integrations via APIs/middleware).
 * Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale implementations on time and on budget.
 * Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including with C-level audiences.
 * Ability to work onsite at least three days per week.

Nice to have

 * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Certified Project Manager equivalent); PMP or CSM/PSM.
 * Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).
 * Experience in life sciences, financial services, or professional services environments.
 * Bilingual English/Spanish.
