This is a hands-on, delivery-focused engagement for a proven Workday practitioner who has led at least one full implementation from design through go-live. The consultant will serve as the primary systems lead, partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external implementation partners (SI) to ensure a successful, on-time phased launches between Q1-Q3 2027. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious and a strategic problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity. You'll partner across Talent Operations, Benefits & Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Finance, IT, and beyond to advise stakeholders and ensure the system we build is scalable, well-governed in diverse US and international regions, and a true business enabler - one that reflects Xometry's culture as much as its process requirements. This is a 1-year contract role, with the core deliverable being a full Workday implementation.
