## About the Role

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

 * Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience/training required.
 * License/Certifications: ServiceNow Certification(s), ITIL Foundation 3 or 4 preferred.
 * Experience: Five years of experience in analysis and design within the software developer lifecycle required. Four years of experience in designing and building in the ServiceNow platform preferred.

## Description

The ServiceNow Architect role is responsible for providing consultative work involving the design of processes, applications, technology and data architectures that establish the direction for portfolios.
