Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or equivalent professional experience two to five years. * The incumbent will either meet the requirements of the next higher position within at most two years or will exit the Duck Creek configuration career path. * Successfully complete insurance industry training courses to build a foundation of knowledge in Property & Casualty insurance operations, products, and business processes. * Full understanding of software and system fundamentals. * Basic understanding of business rules configuration, testing practices, and system implementation concepts. * Exposure to or willingness to learn Duck Creek technologies, including Policy, Rating, Forms, Product Studio, or related Duck Creek applications., The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package. ## Description This position is filled by an entry-level Duck Creek Configurator/Analyst. The incumbent learns the concepts and skills acquired through formal training or equivalent experience.
