## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience
in data harmonization, cleansing, and governance - ideally in regulated industries like
Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare .
Proven expertise in
SAP master data
and integration with global ERP systems.
Deep knowledge of
compliance regulations
including
GxP, SOx, and Privacy standards .
Experience leading or contributing to
large-scale global ERP implementations .
Skills & Mindset
Strategic thinker with strong
analytical
and
problem-solving
skills.
Comfortable navigating complexity and driving structure into global programs.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills in an intercultural context.
Fluent in
English ; additional languages (especially
German ) are a plus.
