Salesforce Loyalty Management, with hands-on implementation or operational experience, not just certification Strong Salesforce platform depth: data model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), Flow, SOQL, and the ability to read Apex without necessarily writing it Client-facing production support: incident triage, severity assessment, escalation judgment, working under SLA Integration troubleshooting: REST and SOAP, asynchronous processing, retries, idempotency, and an understanding of how systems fail rather than only how they work Log analysis and error correlation across multiple systems Strongly preferred Sumo Logic or an equivalent observability tool (Splunk, Datadog) Copado or a comparable Salesforce release management tool; Git and Bitbucket with a defined branching strategy Salesforce CLI and SFDX Large Data Volumes: data skew, indexing, governor limits at real scale Performance and load testing experience (Scale Center, Scale Test, or equivalent) ServiceNow
