## Description

* Mitarbeit bei der Transformation von SAP HCM nach SAP SuccessFactors (Brownfield), einschließlich Analyse bestehender HCM Landschaften, Customizing-Einstellungen und Eigenentwicklungen.
 * Implementierung, Konfiguration und Customizing von SAP SuccessFactors Modulen wie Employee Central, Recruiting sowie Performance & Goals unter Berücksichtigung fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen.
 * Unterstützung bei der Datenmigration, einschließlich Datenvalidierung, transformation und abgleich., * Ein attraktives Gehaltspaket mit zusätzlichen Leistungen.
 * Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell (2-3 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche).
