* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Schiffbau, Maschinenbau, Stahlbau, Offshore Engineering oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Offshore-Stahlbau, idealerweise im Bereich Umspannplattformen
 * Erfahrung als Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer oder in einer fachlich führenden Rolle
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in BSH, DIN EN 1090 und DIN EN 1993 / Eurocode 3
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA und idealerweise AutoCAD
 * Erfahrung mit 3D-Stahlmodellierung, Strukturberechnung und Weight Management
 * Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Steel Design Teams
 * Verantwortung für die Auslegung und Konstruktion von Stahlstrukturen für Offshore-Umspannplattformen
 * Steuerung von Strukturberechnungen, 3D-Stahlmodellierung, Weight Management und Generalplanung
 * Konstruktion und Koordination in CATIA und AutoCAD
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Spezifikationen und Kundenanforderungen
 * Koordination mit Kunden, Klassifikationsgesellschaften, Behörden und externen Ingenieurbüros
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Structural Analysis, Fabrication und Project Management
 * Weiterentwicklung von Designstandards, Methoden und Engineering-Prozessen
