 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung moderner Full-Stack-Anwendungen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 oder Kubernetes
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung bzw. Agentic Coding
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Dev(Sec)Ops, CI/CD sowie Platform- und Infrastructure-as-Code
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Kundenorientierung sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche:
 + Serveranwendungen und APIs mit .NET/C# oder TypeScript (z. B. ASP.NET Web API, Node.js)
 + Moderne Web-Anwendungen mit Angular, React oder Blazor
 + Kombination von Low-Code- und Pro-Code-Entwicklung, beispielsweise mit der Power Platform und .NET/C# oder TypeScript
 + AI-Infused bzw. AI-Native Applications oder Agentic AI

Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst Du Verantwortung als Senior Full Stack Developer oder Technical Lead und prägst Architekturentscheidungen, technische Umsetzung sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden maßgeblich mit., * Analyse, Konzeption und Entwicklung cloud-nativer Softwarelösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 und/oder Kubernetes

 * Integration neuer Lösungen in bestehende Systemlandschaften und Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Kommunikation zwischen Anwendungen und Plattformen
 * Berücksichtigung von Sicherheits-, Compliance- und Qualitätsanforderungen über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess hinweg
 * Umsetzung skalierbarer, wirtschaftlicher und wartbarer Lösungen mit Fokus auf den Mehrwert für unsere Kunden
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung anspruchsvoller Softwareprojekte
