## Description

* Bereitstellung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hardwarekomponenten
 * Durchführung von Arbeitsplatzumzügen sowie Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze
 * Außerbetriebnahme, Rückbau und Austausch von Hardware
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Individualhardware und Spezialarbeitsplätzen
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern bei Fragen rund um Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Bearbeitung von Garantiefällen und Koordination von Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
 * Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Fehlerbehebung mobiler Endgeräte im Mobile-Device-Management-Umfeld
 * Unterstützung bei Tätigkeiten im TK-, LAN- und Rechenzentrumsumfeld
 * Inventarisierung, Dokumentation und Austausch von Hardwarekomponenten
 * Unterstützung bei VPN-Einrichtungen sowie technischen Rollout-Maßnahmen
