 * Einrichtung, Betreuung und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen inklusive Hard- und Software
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Endgeräten, Peripheriegeräten und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Bereitstellung, Pflege und Betreuung von Standardsoftware sowie Fachanwendungen
 * Durchführung von Software-Rollouts, Updates und Patch-Management
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklungsteams und weiteren Fachbereichen
