## About the Role

* Hands-on experience in Red Teaming, Offensive Security, or Penetration Testing
 * Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and their application in ethical security assessments
 * Good knowledge of detection engineering, logging, SIEM platforms, and SOC operations
 * Solid foundation in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, identity management, and enterprise environments
 * Knowledge of web, network, and cloud security concepts
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business-relevant insights
 * Professional proficiency in English; certifications such as OSCP, CPTS, or equivalent are considered a plus

## Description

* Plan and execute Red Team and Purple Team engagements across on-premises and cloud environments
 * Identify vulnerabilities, attack paths, and security weaknesses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
 * Partner with detection and response teams to improve security monitoring, response capabilities, and overall resilience
 * Participate in cyber security incident response activities, including on-call duty when required
 * Plan, coordinate, and support external penetration testing engagements end-to-end
 * Build and enhance AI capabilities within the Red Team, leveraging AI-driven approaches for attack simulations and security assessments
 * Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen offensive security capabilities across the organization
