* Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Geschäftskunden in den Bereichen Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und Office 365
 * Umsetzung unserer Servicekonzepte durch Monitoring, Fehlersuche und Remote-Support für die IT-Fachkräfte unserer Kunden
 * Einsatz in Themenfeldern wie SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Collaboration-Lösungen oder IT-Security
