## About the Role

* Currently pursuing a Master's degree (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
 * Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new topics and environments
 * Strong communication and negotiation skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
 * Fluent in English; German is an advantage
 * Willingness to work onsite at the SAP Walldorf campus three days per week

Nice to have:

 * Initial experience or knowledge of Agile ways of working / SAFe
 * Initial experience or knowledge of Jira
 * Experience creating executive-level reporting, presentations, or management communication materials
 * Interest in portfolio management, strategy execution, or organizational transformation

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

## Description

* Contribute to portfolio management process improvement initiatives within a large global organization
 * Support the adoption and implementation of key elements of the portfolio steering model
 * Support the implementation of OKR framework and value-oriented portfolio management processes
 * Collaborate closely with stakeholders across CPIT to improve portfolio data quality and transparency for strategic decision-making
 * Help prepare management insights, analyses, and communication materials to support portfolio steering and decision-making, For information on the responsible use of AI in our recruitment process, please refer to our Guidelines for Ethical Usage of AI in the Recruiting Process.
