## Description

* Koordiniere die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Controls und sicherheitsrelevanten Maßnahmen
 * Überwache und steuere Maßnahmen inklusive Monitoring, Reporting und Eskalationsprozessen
 * Prüfe regelmäßig die Wirksamkeit des Control-Frameworks und leite Optimierungen ab
 * Begleite interne Audits und koordiniere die Vorbereitung externer Prüfungen
 * Gestalte IT-Serviceprozesse nach Best Practices und trage zur Qualitätssicherung bei
 * Führe fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Tools wie Matrix42 und zugehörigen Reports durch
 * Unterstütze bereichsübergreifende Verbesserungsinitiativen und erstelle klare Projektdokumentationen
