## Description

IT-Systemadministrator Monitoring (m/w/d) Für ein Projekt im IT-Service-Umfeld suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d) . Im Fokus stehen Onsite-Support, Incident- und Request-Bearbeitung, Hard- und Software-Rollouts sowie die Betreuung von Endanwendern . Der Einsatz erfolgt überwiegend remote, mit einzelnen Vor-Ort-Terminen am Standort Berlin. Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben: Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien IT-Betriebs für die Anwender vor Ort und remote
Durchführung von Installationen, Inbetriebnahmen und Hardwareaustausch
Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests
Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Softwareverteilungen und technischen Veränderungsprojekten
Pflege und Aktualisierung von System- und Supportdokumentationen
Ansprechpartner für Anwender bei technischen Fragen rund um Arbeitsplatzsysteme und IT-Services
