Preferred * Master's degree in education or education-related field * Experience leading MTSS, PBIS, or school improvement initiatives. * Experience facilitating data meetings and professional development. * Knowledge of progress-monitoring and student data management systems. Knowledge, Skills, and Dispositions * Ability to build trusting relationships. * Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ## Description The MTSS Coordinator provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of the school's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework to ensure the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students are identified and addressed. The Coordinator collaborates with staff and families to compile and analyze data, implement evidence-based practices, monitor student progress, facilitate problem-solving teams, and promote equitable outcomes for all learners.
