Transformation, Functional Excellence & Safety (TFE&S) is seeking a talented individual to join the Hardware (HW) Factory Team as the Standards and Engagement Lead. What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will be responsible for aligning HW activities and process development to the right external organizations and standards. This involves both ensuring adherence to existing industry specifications and helping to drive early involvement and shaping for new specifications. You will report to the Sr Manager of the HW Factory., Project Management * Monitor development activities across aligned external organizations and plan Lockheed Martin level support for various working groups, committees, and other engagements * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and align subject matter experts * Manage internal budget for cross-business area level engagement and travel * Oversee engagement rhythm with external organizations Team Leadership * Provide guidance and oversight to internal and external multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, manufacturing engineers, and domain experts. * Build a high performing, collaborative culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
