You'll work across both user support and system administration functions, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues while contributing to system improvements and stability. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Linux and Windows environments who is comfortable troubleshooting, scripting and supporting a mix of infrastructure and end-user needs.
