The role will be focused on designing solutions, and leading implementations. The right candidate must be comfortable working directly within Salesforce, understanding how an organization is structured, and taking ownership of solutions from discovery and architecture through development, deployment, and ongoing support., * Hands-on Salesforce builder with a strong sense of ownership * Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills * Organized and comfortable managing multiple client engagements * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability * Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and client teams * Comfortable moving between strategic discussions and hands-on implementation, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
